- A citation is a page-level snippet extracted from a source document and linked to a statement in a brief, comparison, or extraction. Each unique snippet counts once, regardless of how many times you view or share it.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the price difference is prorated. When downgrading, the new rate applies at the start of the next billing cycle.
- How does seat-based pricing work for teams?
- Each named user on your account is one seat. Seats can be reassigned. The Enterprise plan includes 20 seats, with additional seats available at $120/seat/month.
- What happens if I exceed my citation allowance?
- You will not be cut off. Overages are billed at $0.60 per 1,000 additional citations. You can set usage alerts to stay within budget.
- Is there a free trial?
- We are currently running an early access program. Join the waitlist and we will reach out with trial details when your spot opens.
- What integrations are supported?
- CiteSignal integrates with arXiv, scholarly search APIs, Google Docs, Notion, Slack, email digests, and internal research wikis. Enterprise customers can request custom connectors.
